Default l98 engine

Im looking at buy a remanufactured engine for my vette and I have just come upon one with some stuff already done to it and was just wondering if anyone can tell me about the the expected hp and torque would be (im not expecting perfect numbers just you best estimate)

So hear is what I know... Chevy Corvette 350 with Aluminum heads. The heads used in this built have casting #10088113. This engine has been completely rebuilt with all new parts. The block was bored to .030 oversize and fitted with new pistons. The crankshafts rod and main journals were machined .010 undersize. The cylinder heads were machined and rebuilt using new valves, springs, and seals. The valve seats and valves were machined with a 3 angle cut for better performance. everything not mentioned is completely stock from what Im being told. PLease help if you can if not thank for reading

If you are going to run the stock 85-91 tpi intake system, and the stock exhaust, 250 hoursepower and 325 ft lbs of torque.

so I shouldn't expect any real gain from that setup? So what would I have to do it I got the engine to get big gains (30-40 hp torque). Also didn't the stock engine come at 250 hp and 340 torque so are you saying there would be a decrease in both areas?

I would expect something from the overbore and if it was blueprinted, maybe another 20. Hard to say with everything left stock, don't know that many people who took their motor out and did the work, and then didnt change the cam or intake.

Its the same motor you have with a little bottom work done, and the bottom isnt the problem, its the intake and exhaust that hold it back. You need to work on the intake setup and go with headers to really wake one of these engines up.

No. I thought 325 tq was stock, but if I am wrong, and it is 340 then that is what it should be. The engine you are buying sounds like a refreshed stock motor. The slight overbore and 3 angle valve job are about the only things that will add a very small increase.
