I layed some 2X10's from the ground to the front porch and just drove my vette up on the "ramps". Unplugged the refrigerator from the extension cord I had run over to the neighbors (they aint home) and plugged in my table lamp, crawled under the car and saw mine has that same crap sprayed on the floor pans. Geez, must be factory applied sound proofing. Sorry could'nt resist.
Leest ya'll gotcha a front porch...My trailer ain't got none..so I just lean a couple of boards on the bumpers of the old cars in my front yard...
The brown crud is almost surely spray-on undercoating.
