Default Save a buck!

Here is my latest "anything for a buck" surprise. I just went to the AutoZone counter to get the intake gasket set for my '94. I came out on the short end of the stick as usual, but I wanted to see if the prices were different between stores so I went online for comparison. I have the luxury of living and working about equal distance between 3 different Autozones. I paid $17.99 for the set at the store closer to my work. To my surprise, the Autozone in the little town that I live in has it listed for $11.99! Thats 33% off and a significant difference for a penny pincher like myself. I will most definitely check the prices online from now on before heading to the closest store and I suggest you do the same!

BTW, the actual prices are listed online so you don't have to worry about them changing at the counter.

I've been to 3 different Autozones on the same day and got 3 different prices. I was buying R12 refrigerant, but the lowest was somewhere around 10 Bucks and the highest $15/12oz can.
