This is my first year as an owner of a 50th Ann. Conv. I will soon be putting it in my garage for the winter. What should I do re oil, gas, detailing etc? . I have the proper cover for it. Thanks, Curt

Do a search, you'll find lots of threads on this topic.
just a quick list would be:
change oil & filter (stick with synthetic -- mobil 1 5w30 -- and try and find a mobil-1 oil filter (e.g. autozone), do not use a cheapy -- e.g. fram orange)
wash/wax car
remove and wash/wax tire rims both sides (consider having them balanced while off car, but do put them back on -- better for car if sitting on tires than jack stands)
pump tires up to 35
put something under tires (e.g. cardboard or carpet -- esp if on cement)
add fuel stabilier to gas tank and fill up tank
put bounce dryer sheets inside and in engine compartment to keep out mice
consider changing anti-freeze and thermostat (at least verify anti-freeze will protect from the low temps in your area).
consider changing tranny and differential fluids if not done in past year.

Unless you live somewhere way up north or your roads are salted every week don't store it for the winter. There will be nice days when you'll see it cover and "sleeping: in the garage and you'll start kicking yourself because as nice as the weather is you can't take it out for a drive.
Also, I don't want to sound like a wise guy but don't the guys in the C5 section know how to store a car?
