I have a 95 coupe the inner tie rod has some slack causing a vibration to come and go at certain speeds or that is the only thing I can come up with at this point. Brand new tires and brakes 1 week old so I am going to replace the rack and wanted your opinion if I should just go ahead and replace the outer tie rod ends also mine show and feel to be in very good shape but the car has about 150k miles on it and i am not one to do only a half finished job. so chime in and tell me what I'm in for.

Your car and your money. If it were my car and my money I would do the outer ends at the same time. Not much extra money and something else to not worry about again for a long, long time.

just new tires and brakes I didn't notice it until after i put the brakes on
but I didn't drive it far either I noticed it needed front pads so when I left the tire store I went and bought pads and put them on and after driving it a day or 2 its been worse so I figured I should start investigating to see what the problem is. The funny thing about it is that it comes and goes as you drive down the road and speed doesn't seem to matter but I found the right front inner tie rod has some movement in it that is the only thing I can come with at this time.

Quite possible that the wear is causing it but quite often they don't get the balance right.Try to find a Hunter road force balancer and make sure they know how to use it!!
