Throttle got stuck!!!!!
I had made a left hand turn and then my throttle stayed about 20% in and wouldn't stop. Any ideas?

Actually sticking TB plates is most likely. Can of TB cleaner and some seafoam in the tank might clear that up.

Is it possible that you hit the cruise control "accelerate" button while turning on the blinker?

I was out "racing on a track safely" one night and at the end of one of the runs, my throttle was stock at WOT!!! WTF?!?!
I quicky feathered the clutch back to the parking area, killed the engine and popped the hood.
Throttle return spring had broke!!
Luckily a pair of needle nose pliers bent the remaining spring piece enough to make a new one and it worked fine to get home.

This is why most racing organizations require 2 return springs - and check it during inspection!

yep
Your lucky it only got stuck at 20% throttle and not WOT. In any cause I agree with everyone else, clean the throttle body and check the throttle cable to see if its snagging on anything.

I will definetly be checking all of the above if there is a particular throttle body cleaner that is better than the rest chime in and any other ideas too. I am completly puzzled about it.
