Default Outside temperature pickup

Hi!

'92 coupe here.

This morning we were driving cross-country and the temp readout on the dash read 32 degrees. Mighta been that when I fired the 'Vette up this morning, but the temp certainly rose throughout the morning.

Dash indicator read 32 the whole time.

Any ideas???? Where is the sensor located???
