I have a Ruby, and would love to know, since the previos owner changed quite a few parts, are the rims painted silver or are they, polished alumin??
I know the center caps are painted Rudy Red, and have to buy new ones.
Any help here would be great I am, trying to put this car back to full stock.

The original wheels should have been machined faced aluminum on the Ruby. The 92 sawblades were cast aluminum and since they were not machined...they appeared to be a little duller..almost like painted. The 93 - 96s were machined and after clear coating they appeared to be somewhat polished.
Good luck on the Ruby wheel center covers. They are generally hard to find and pricey.

If the wheels you have have never been refinished...you'll be surprised how much better they will look when you get them back! Take a before and after picture. Absolutely make sure that they are clear coated. I couldn't even imagine how much trouble it would be to try and keep an unsealed sawblade looking polished.
