In an earlier post of mine you said that the 86-87 Vette would be a good foundation for a race car so here is some information on it and another Vette you can buy.
My dad talked to the lady who owns the 86-87 Vette and she said she also has an 84 and you can have both Vettes for $7000 cash. Both have been wrecked, the 84 runs and drives but needs the rear end repainted because it was wrecked and the damage is only scratches just under the tail lights. The 86-87 might have a cracked engine block, it needs paint and interior work.
What's wrong with the 85? Other than the slow ECM? Just want to know the flaws ahead of time
The Corvettes are a 84 and a 86-87 ( I am not sure of the year of the 86-87 ). The 84 was rear ended, the driver side door rubs against part of the hood when the door is open, needs interior and paint work, and is missing the lock for the locking wheels. The 86-87 was in a wreck and it rear ended a car, might have a cracked engine block, the interior is in bad shape, and it needs a paint job.
