Hi-perf floormats
My factory floor mats were starting to look kinda shabby, so last night I went to WalMart and found some 20x30 doormats, the kind with fairly coarse carpet embedded in grainy rubber backing and no edging. 2/$5.00. Cut 'em to size with a combination shears using the originals as a template. Bada-bing, fitted floormats! They look at least as good as the factory units, and have got to be more durable. For five bucks, who cares? Here's the high-performance part; the $120 or so I could have shelled out for aftermarket mats can instead be applied to go-faster gadgets. More cockamamie hair-brained schemes to come...
