Go to the C4 parts for sale section. See if anyone has one they want to sell, or trade for a glass top. I have both and have never had the glass top on. I also like the solid one better. good luck

my '91 came with both and I've never had the solid top on! To each, his own, I guess.
By the way, what color is your car?

WHY don't you like it? If you want a solid color top thats one thing. But if you just dont like seeing through it or the heat, then make a cutout of the inside (plexi, thick cardboard, etc), cover it in fabric and Velcro it up there. It will just look like a regular solid headliner

Joe I feel the pain in AZ in the summer its like an Easy Bake oven in the car. Yum brownies. I had the insert up there but I can tell you its night and day from a solid top. However in another month the glass roof goes back

Try the Parts For Sale section or ebay. I know it's late in the season but a swap meet might yield some results too. Another option would be Vette to Vette or some othere salvage yard. Be more concerned with condition than color. Any year from 1989 to 1996 will fit (but you might have to adjust it). Earlier years will require new mounting brackets. I don't think there are any after market producers of solid tops.

I picked up a new, in the box solid top for $300 and it cost another $250 to get it painted, then sold my acrylic top for $400.

I would like to have a glass top for my 94 if I could get one for a decent price and close to home...
