Vortex Rammer Cold Air System
Anyone used this system or one like it?
is it worth the money and noticable HP gains?
Thanks

I have not used it, but people who have report no real difference. Most agree that just cutting the lid to the air cleaner works just as well.

Alot of guy's say the Air Box warps from the underhhood heat. Mine never warped (lucky I guess) but I have seen many that were. I guess I should have made a test before and after when I raced the car and see if the ET dropped any. It's a good idea gettin cold air in but the Box is cheaply made. Pipe

All statemenrs above, true. I have one and I did feel some torque gain but mine is not cracked yet but it will. Just buy the K&N filter with the original set-up...

waste of money. Cut lid + K&N is your best option. Everything else is "just for looks"

Mine ended up in the recycle bin. Total waste of money.
