Fuel Line Problem 1986
The Neopreme Fuel Lines That Come Off The The Steel Fuel Lines Has Dry Rotted, These Small Pieces Of Neopreme Hose Were Compressed On Similar To A Hyraulic Lines, Unfortunitly They Are No Longer Available. How Can I Make A Repair Since There Is Approx. 60 Lbs Of Pressure, I'm Told A Standard Hose Clamp Will Not Work. Help Me I'd Like To Drive My Car Again.

Just finished mine
You may what to take a look in the C4 Tech/Perf section. I posted a thread with some pictures of what I did to correct this broblem a couple os weeks ago.
You can search for loaded vet or engine fires a fix? in the C4 Tech/Perf area. Should there be questions let met me know.

The fuel line at the top of the tank uses hose clamps, just remove the bad section and replace with top quality hose, I would use two clamps for redundancy, maybe even flare the line a bit to keep it from possibly popping off. Where are you located as I have the entire fuel line for a 86, could never find a box to ship it, way to awkward.
