Code 13 O2 Sensor Best Practice????

Service Engine Soon light, checked codes, got a 13 for the Oxygen Sensor.

My questions are what is the best practice and where to find it since I haven't gotten a service manual yet. Do I need to replace it or is there something I can do to salvage it.

Got it. Easier research than I thought. Found 'em and just gonna replace both. Got'em on hold at Autozone for me. Didn't know they were only around $20 each.
