Default help with door removal

can anyone tell me the best way to unhook the wiring going into the door? there is a big bundle that controls the windows and locks and etc.. Is there a connector just inside the dash that will disconnect the entire bundle? or do I have to do something else? Thanks for your help. In case your wondering....I am painting the car and need to remove the doors to paint the jams.

I think it would be easier to remove the door panel (s) & fish the harness (s) thru the door. I imagine that the wiring going thru the door to the dash go directly to each component & would be very tough to pull thru the A pillar opening & you would also have to remove the lower trim panel, etc. Maybe some else has some thoughts?

I have the panel off, but thought there might be some easy trick to disconnecting them.
