Default Cross Beam Jack adapter

Has anybody tried using the Cross Beam Adapter for jacking up their C4 with a hydraulic floor jack?

Cross beam sounds like the jack a 'vette thing, doesn't R&D racing sell that?

That may be what I need for the differential, did you build your own?

Use mine all the time. No other way to jack using the diff if you don't have it.

Thanks for reminding me - I just ordered one. I had seen one of these a while back and forgot about it.

It is a great gadget but if you go with a larger exhaust system like Borla or Magnaflow 2.5 inch (I think), you lose the gap between the pipes and it becomes a paperweight.

Hmmm don't know how big mine is but it's pretty good size and I can get it in there. This is a good tip though.

Whoever is putting on your exhaust you could probably tell them you want to leave a 1/2" gap or so and they could probably hook you up.

That would suck not being able to use the diff - it makes it sooooo much easier to get the rear end up.
