I bought one of them for the differentiial from the Gadget Man. http://www.corvettegadgetman.com/ work great. also made wooden ramps for oill changes and have a floor jack and jack stands. Each has its applications.
It is a great gadget but if you go with a larger exhaust system like Borla or Magnaflow 2.5 inch (I think), you lose the gap between the pipes and it becomes a paperweight.

Hmmm don't know how big mine is but it's pretty good size and I can get it in there. This is a good tip though.
Whoever is putting on your exhaust you could probably tell them you want to leave a 1/2" gap or so and they could probably hook you up.
That would suck not being able to use the diff - it makes it sooooo much easier to get the rear end up.
