Poll: NCM Events
I'm going to the National Corvette Museum this year for one of the Special events. There are 2 I'm interested in.
1. The C-4 Gathering - May 8-10, 2008.
2. The Corvette Forum Cruise-In - May 22-24, 2008.
Any comments about one over the other?
I'm leaning towards the C-4 Gathering right now, but...
One thing I want to do for sure, is pick up a window sticker, build sheet and black book combo while I'm there.
Also if anyone wants to caravan down there, that would be cool to be a part of as well.

You can order them from their web site, and it takes a week or two to get to you.

I was going to order in advance so i could pick it up in person. (I think that would add to the experience.)

Factory tours are only held Monday through Friday. And it's best to have reservations in advance.

C4 Reunion
We went to last years reunion--- It was Great! We enjoyed the tours and the dinners- Met some wonderful people- Toured the Museum- Took some side trips-No downsides --You will enjoy everything--We did!

Well the forum Cruise In is directly related to this forum. You will meet more forum members at the Cruise In. The gathering attracts a few folks as well, but not all are forum members. Main difference, you will get all generations at the Cruise In.

The Cruise-In is out for me. The wife informs me that our daughter graduates from high school that week-end. (Probably a good idea to attend it)
So, it looks like I'll be going to the C4 Gathering. Oh, well, that gives me something different to do next year.

I went to the Forum Gathering last year, and I'll be honest, I was a little disappoined with the turn out. I thought it was going to be huge!!!
Don't get me wrong I really enjoyed meeting the people from the forum and all, but I was thinking there was going to be alot bigger turn out. Here is a few pic from last years Forum NCM Meeting.These pics were from the back road cruz. As you can see not to many C4's. It was fun though!!!
