Just think, if he had a wing on that car, he might have made it.

Every time I see this video I'm amazed that those crown vics can get to 165 even with the light bars.....TV doesn't lie....must have K&N filters or something.

Corvette thiefs are at a severe disadvantage against the heat -- the air foils custom fitted for Crown Vics add a blistering 25 rwhp.

Ignore people's snide comments. You're new and not expected to know what has and has not been posted. We, at least I, know that you're trying to participate and if others have a problem with what you're posting, they can go F___ themselves.

Welcome to the site. There was nothing wrong with your post.
He was probably talking to me. Talking about wings or ground effects drives some people crazy on here.
(Which is exactly why I posted it)

There was absolutely nothing wrong with your post. Granted, that video has gone around the block here a few times, but you had no way of knowing. If you find something interesting that you believe others here will also find interesting, you can do a search to try to find if it has already been circulated. And if you do post something that has already been posted, so what?

What annoys members is when a newbie joins just because they're having a problem with their car and they try to track down the problem by posting it here on the forum. And then after they fixed that problem with the help of the members' suggestions, they're never heard from again until another problem surfaces. That's what annoys members. But your post had nothing to do with this, so if someone rags on you for posting something that you honestly thought would be interesting or thought provoking, just ignore them because they are the minority.

Okay, and how do I search for if one particular thing has been seen before, without spending hours on the computer? I dont have that kind of time, so would anyone else be offended if I put something on here that someone else has seen before?

I'm not the type to go to the movies to see the same thing twice but I can think of many I have seen on TV more than once. Thats if it's a good one. All I seem to watch these days is news, history, TLC, Speed, or Discovery. I'm sure no one here can say they have not watched at least one movie or TV program more than once. If someone doesn't want to watch they don't have to click. It's not costing forum members anything. The advertising pays for the bandwidth, right? However I think if I see another reality TV show I'm going to thow up.
