first auto-x 3rd over all
hey guys the vette ran great. on street tires I took a 3rd out of 20 autos.
after the first run I thought i did well. then here came group 2 with all the racers, with racing slicks and what have you, now im in 12th place.So I told my son hang on Im going to see what the vette can do. i didn't hit any cones , but l layed rubber on every turn and when I got finished my brakes were smoking. And was i , I was now up to 3rd over all and cut 5 sec off my time, It was a blast. Another vette owner talked with me a little about braking and turning,,it helped thanks to him and some luck it turned out...
I have the 40th anniversary with chip, eliminators, throttle body, stampede ram air 13s in the 1/4

Sweet! :cheers: I have done it five times and never placed higher than last (in my class). I like to say it's the FE1 suspension, but I know that's not the real problem. :jester
