The dash looks great, but forgive me for asking, what did you do exactly? Were they refinished?Cuz they just looked like new or well maintained pieces.

Bill... I refinished the pieces and fixed some of the cracks. I also installed new rugs, door panels, steering wheel, seats, and also bought a center console from someone (Tom Melton) here on the forum. I also fixed the cracks in the floor panels, installed a remote keyless entry with remote window up/down. And made it so I can turn on and off the fog lights without having to open the headlights.

Yes, don't get attached to your bank account. It’s almost like making alimony payments, except you do get to slide into her once in a while. I don’t know to what extent you plan on getting into this, but if you get stuck on a certain portion or project drop me a note and we can figure it out together.

Jon, glad to see you making progress. Glad to help out. I got lucky today, and received the center console plate I needed too for my 86 (89 6-speed plate). I consider the CorvetteForum to be a wonderful place. The good folks here certainly make up for the few losers.

Jon, you are making excellent progress! Better to take your time and do it right, like you have been doing all along.

So, when do you throw a window sticker on her and pass her off as brand new?!? :D ;)

Excellent job. I'm acquiring pieces and parts to rework my interior as well. Lot of work involved.
