Thanks for viewing. and I am new to this site. I have a 96 C4 Collector Edition autormatic, with 17,600 miles. The tachometer seems to be sticky/sluggish from the 1000 to 2000 rpm range. Anything over or under it is right on the money. I did search for any threads on this, but none of the ones requiring a new filter seemed to match my "sticky" characteristics. Any info would be appreciated on how to rememdy this. Thanks
