I want to install original right side dash pad on this 1984, is this a easy job or not worth doing.

You'll have to take the top of the dash pad off for access, that's probably the hardest part because everything is brittle, bezels etc. and as long as the person who took the crashpad off didn't trash anything you should be able to re-attach the crashpad pretty easy, make sure you have one with the brackets on the back in good shape. Personally if there is a flat panel there I would leave it. JMHO
