So i replaced my fog lights(yay), and while i was under the front of the car i looked up into my radiator to clean out some of the leaves and stuff and ended up seeing this plug, no idea where it came from, never seen it before. here are pics, any ideas.

Your car was engineered to run electric and go green.

I can't get a feel for the location from your pics, but I'd also guess its the plug for the underhood lights. Mine have been unplugged for years

Wow! You did the working fog light mod. Very Nice! That sure looks just like they said, the underhood light plug. On the drivers side right by the vac ball is a 10A fuse in a weathertight fitting. But the fuse has been either pulled or unplugged as well. I simply wired a little switch on the protected side of the fuse on mine so I can flip them on/off really easily (remember I am lazy).

It's the (Outside) Temperature Sensor for the Electronic Climate Control. Even though your car didn't come with the ECC, the wire/plug is there. At least that's what I think it is.

its the ECC sensor plug. the underhood lights plugs are right beside the marker light. not down by the fog light.

I've got the same plug on my 94 and I have the standard climate controls. I had looked thru the FSM and didn't find any mention of the plug, Thanks, I'm not going nuts.
