Default Mo-Problems

Alright,i have 2 problems 1st one is i can't get my 93 vette alarm to activate, the remote still opens the hatch, and the passenger side door, but it does not activate when i walk away nor unlock when i approach.2nd thing is i'm getting a code 28 which according to my manual is the Quad driver module #3 circuit, what and where the f#$% is that,it says check the resistance of the air conditionning clutch relay & cooling fan relay coils, and replace if less than 20 ohms,i'll try it,but all suggestions are welcome.

have you reprogrammed the car to the key fob since replacing the computer? I've seen some weird stuff from my PKE.

I know nothing about the code 28, sorry.

Try holding the door button down on the remote until you hear/see the door locks cycle. It's takes a few swcomds. Sounds like the system has been deactivated. If that works you can select which door (s) open by putting the key in the ignition (donot turn on) & using the door button select which doors you want the PKE to open.

If this info doesn't help you have other issues.

DTC 28 sounds like a transmission problem?????
