There are no other spots on the car that I have ever heard of that have the option codes. You can get a copy of the build sheet and factory window sticker for your car from the National Corvette Musem for a few dollars each.
After I ordered my build sheet from the museum, I found another set of codes in my little stash box in the cargo area!!! It was cool getting the window sticker for the car though, and seeing how much it originally sold for, etc. where it was originated from, and all the extras on it!

There was only one build code sticker in the car. 1996 and (I think 1995) had theirs under the passenger side rear compartment cover, not the center console cover.
There is a copy of the build sheet glued to the top of the gas tank at the forward end. But by now, the paper is pretty dry and the printing may be difficult to read even if you can get it off
Of the options you listed, the G92 Performance Axle Ratio only indicates that the car has the optional ratio. There will be another code that denotes the specific ratio. For a 'vert, that will be RPO GU2 2.73
The Build Sheet from NCM, an original, the one on the gas tank, or the one out of the frame will not have all the RPOs that came on the car. There are a lot more in the compartment behind the passenger (96 Coupe anway). There are the RPOs, plus a lot more letter codes. There are only 15 RPOs on my build sheet and more than twice that many sets of letter and number codes in the compartment behind the passenger seat. Ask one of the guys here on line to get you a GMVIS. It also has the RPOs for your vehicle. A dealer can do the same thing with only the VIN.
