I bought a build sheet for my '94 Coupe recently.
What does the letters/initials and or numbers in the sections represent?
eg. Box 1(axle) has CQW in it.
Box 47(battery) has 655
Box 65(bumper height) has YAA etc. etc.
CQW refers to a complete axle assembly with a specific spring and gear ratio. I seem to recall that my old 92 'vert had a CQW sticker wrapped around one of the bars in the batwing. The car had FE1 base springs and a 2.73 (performance) rear axle. The workers used the axle codes to grab the specific assembly that was going into the car at that point.
Same goes for the battery code. As far a ride height, the YAA probably referred to a table for measurements required for that particular car. Not all Vettes had exactly the same ride height. Z07 cars sat a bit lower, 'verts sat a bit higher than coupes.
