Wow, I didn't think this thread would get so many replies! Thanks for all your support. I really want a new C5 as I'm getting tired of my latest creaks. I will miss the clam shell hood though.

I'm getting ready to start doubling up the payments on my 96 so that I can pay it off in the next 10 months...
And the others are right about the feeling you get when the title comes and the space for the lienholder is blank or says none...
It sure hurts again though when you start over with 60 or so payments on something else...

I haven't spent any money on mods, other than a K&N air filter. I like my cars stock. If I keep my C4 all my money will have to go into it just to keep it running. It cost me $265 for a new center console, these things scratch to easily. Stupid rubber coating! Tires will be another $1000! Then there is the rear defroster wire problem that I can't figure out how to fix. And lets not forget the power seat issues. Somehow one of my side mirrors has come loose. My dash creaks like crazy. Rearview mirror shakes alot making it hard to use. Radio has very poor reception and the stereo in general sucks for being in a sports car. Hope I don't get the oil leak thing on the rear of the engine.

Just after I bought my car '95, the title showed up in the mail. I thought :cool: I have the title to all my cars now. Unfortunately, it was an error on the part of the dealership. The bank called them and they called me. "Send the title back." :cry :lol: :cheers:
