alright guys i cannot make up my mind for wheels. i have a white 95, right now i cant choose between the c5 thin spokes. the c6 chrome stars. or the c6 zo6 chrome. i want chrome. i need pics of c4s with those rims. anything would help. thanks guys. also any news of performance drops if i go too big? i want 18 front 19 rear. also tell em how you think that would look
nice pic man. what all did you hve to do to your car to make them fit? like what adapters and also how much performance did you lose going to that size
Larger Wheels can effect performance especially braking but one size up probably won't be noticed. Hopefully people with experience will chime in. I know friends who have put huge wheels on their vehicles and dramatically affected braking and acceleration. Good Luck

Thanks, just added 1.25 adapters on the back and 1.00 on the fronts. The fronts were fine without the adapters but I thought it looked better with them even with the wheel well. Lost performance? I have not noticed any performance loss, just a bigger grin on my face.
Those are 18s and 19s? What is the tire you're using? Also, how about some side profile shots...nice wheels.
Yes staight off an 05. Tires are Eagle F1's, front p245/40 ZR18's. And the rear are p285/35 ZR19's. Will take some shots tomorrow all I have is from a show last weekend, put them on 2 weeks ago. They really set the car off from the sawblades.

I have 21" wheels & didn't notice any acceleration difference, but braking is a little bit affected
I wish I could've bought the wheels that RUKWKR was selling a while back. it had the best offset and big lips!. by the way, the OP was worried about braking and performance issues with bigger diameter rims. the rims are not the issue it's the diameter of the whole wheel (tire/rim) combined. you can get a bigger rim and still have the same diameter of the originals. if you change the diameter of the total package, sure you'll have different performance braking/accelerating . it's all a matter of how much rubber you want between you and the pavement. Bigger rims= less rubber. smaller rims= more rubber. I love the way my C6 wheels look on my car, but miss the ride of my OEM wheels. just wanted to help clear that up. -H
