Here they are in a '93. I love them. I will miss them when I move up someday -- I like cloth much better than leather. And, they seem to wear like iron -- there were 90K miles on these!

I have since switched the cushions so you don't see any wear at all on the driver's seat - and I'm up to 110 K miles!

Ive been in touch with DSVettes about doing a set in red for my ZR-1.I want to have the side bolsters toned down abit. The leather seats in my car at 7500 are perfect for now but once they start wearing thats another story.Plus I like cloth better anyway.

Cloth is not seen to much.

Although I love new leather. Old leather gets brittle

when i asked major vendors at Bloomington Gold a couple of years ago no one was doing the 89-93 cloth covers. I finally have a whole set+ some extra's. Not common and very limited demand! Tried very hard several years ago to buy a Z-07 car with cloth ! If I could order a new dream C-4 it would have cloth!!

Here's my 92 with cloth. Man this spring I gotta take some better pics.

I agree cloth is great. Next up for my collection is 90-92 5.7L Cadillac Brougham, preferably with cloth!

Hey Onyx, before I got my vette I saw some cloth seat bases on ebay. Price seemed reasonable, but of course I didn't have a car at the time. Is that what you got? 2 new cloth seat bases??

Especially in Phoenix, nothing beats cloth for comfort.

No! What I meant (but did not say clearly) was that I switched the passenger and driver's side cushions. Doubled the life of my seats for free!!! Pretty easy to do. Some helpful hints which might be applicable if you remove your current cushions and replace with the EBAY ones -- I cribbed these off some old posts:

"Seat Bottoms - If you look under the seat cushion on the bottom middle you will see a wire against the plastic bottom seat - Take a screwdriver and gently move the wire toward the floor mats

"Seat backs - As stated, there are 4 clips per seat - push hard on the bottom section headrest toward the middle of the car - It will POP when it is released - Then push toward the middle about 1/2 way down the seat toward the middle to release the other clip"

Link -- see pic on JonM's post:
