Rear Mono Spring Question
will a rear mono spring off of a 1984 fit on my 1985 if not what was the change made between the two years??
Thanks for any info you guys can provide really need to replace mine and can get one off from an 84 for a killer price.

Sure, it'll actually Fit - dimensionally it's the same. The spring Rate will certainly be different - the 84's had much higher spring rates than all of the later years - I forget the actual values but I believe that the '85 Z51 springs were even softer than the Base springs on an '84.
If you search around you ought to be able to find the spring rate numbers for the various years and suspension options..
