LT4 models
Is the LT4 only avalible in Grand Sport form? How much is a LT4 equiped car worth? :confused:

All 1996 6 speed cars got the LT4 engine with GrandSport on the throttlebody. Although these cars were not GrandSports--they did have the GS engine.
How much is one worth? As much as a buyer is willing to give and a seller is willing to take. I think they will hold their value a little better than average, simply because of the limited production.

Just to clarify, all GS's are LT4 6 speeds, but not all LT4 6 speeds are GS's?

Another red one here too :cheers: As far as what LT4s are worth, they seem to be holding pretty steady above 22,500 for non GS cars. Depending on condition and mileage though. Also depends on which part of the country you are in too.

I believe the correct answer is...All 1996 Corvette's with 6-speeds have the LT4 engine... the factory didn't believe the automatics could handle the horse power and torque :D
