Shift Control for 700R4
I know you can purchase a shift control (MidAmerica item #603-707, 84-93 page 104) to control the torque converter lockup.. This only cost $30 but, I think this only switchs a connection on an off. Does anyone know the wiring of this?

You can buy a kit from B&M that will only allow it to lock up in 4th gear. I think that on a '91, you can program the TCC to lock up whenever you want it to within reason. Just need a programmer.
The kit from MAD just plugs into the TCC control line and opens the circuit. You can build one yourself for less than $10. Goes in line with the switch on the brake pedal (not the brake light switch, but the other one!!!).
