The best is DuPont Krytox. I think Ecklers or MidAmerica sells it. Expensive but worth it... especially if you have replaced every piece of weatherstripping on the car like me :yesnod: and you want your "investment" to last as long as possible.
The Krytox is the same as silicone grease, except that it evidently comes in a 24 carat gold tube ;)
I got mine from an electronics supply house (NOT RadioSchlack). I think it costs $4.99 a tube or so. Watch out, get the clear dielectric stuff, not the white heatsink stuff ;)
For those of you that use the Krytox AD dialectric grease, be sure and wear some sort of gloves when you apply it. The grease can cause flu like symtoms to some individuals. I use to work with that stuff all the time. I remember when you could buy a tube for 2.95, then it went to 5.95, then up to 24.95, now I don't know what it cost. Fortunatly I had plenty left over from when i worked with it. The last time i purchased it by bulk, it was a 2 # jar. Wish I could remember what they charged for it
BMW also produces a very nice weatherstrip protectant called Gummi Phlege. It can be purchased through most BMW dealerships. I use the tube form, and cost is around $8.00 for a tube almost the size of a toothpast tube.
Does anyone know the best way to apply Dialectric Grease? I put some on my 91 Formula and it appears to be wet. Should I let it sit and wipe it down afterward?

I apply it kinda heavy but uniform in coverage, get ALL the weatherstrip you can, Then I let mine sit in the garage overnight with the doors and hood open. Next day, wipe off excess. Works for me!
