Another Wheels opinon question.
I know, there's alot of these posts out there. But I need opinions from Vette guys.
I have a white 93. Right now it has gray ZR-1s on it 17x9.5 all around. When I bought the car I liked them, and still kind of do, but almost everybody thinks they make the car look dirty. So after seeing a few pics on here I thought I might try going with black ZR-1s 17x9.5 and 17 x 11"s and keeping the gray ones to put auto-X tires on.
But today I saw a white 06 ZO6 with the chrome Z06 rims, I mean it looked great. So I saw on e-bay they sell chrome c6 Z06 rims to fit C4s. 17" x 9.5" +54mm offset and 18" x 10.5" +58mm offset. The bonus is I have some Michelin Pilot Sports with about half their tread life left laying around that will fit right on 275/40-18's for the rear and I think 245/45-17's for the front. A little smaller than I'd normally run, but they'd get me through the summer.
So what do you guys/gals think. Black ZR-1's or Chrome c6 Z06's?

Here are pictures of my old 93 Corvette with C5 Z06 chrome rims...to give you an idea:
I have not decided what to put on my white 86 that I currently have. I have been considering the Black C6 Z06 Motorsport rims for street driving (different type of rims for drag racing, something lightweight...I forget the brand that I will be using on the rear). I think either wheel will look really good...and if you like the look of black rims, there is the black C6 Z06 Motorsports, if you also like that design better.
