I was thinking of doing the same thing on my 94. but I dont think it will work to well. for one the sensor for the outside temp is not on the car. so you would need one of thoes. My dad has a spair controler for his 91 and I thinking about seeing what would happen if I pluged it into my 94.

From what I've read/heard, all of the HVAC guts under the dash need to be swapped out -- the automatic dampers, doors, etc are all different. Unless you have a complete donor car, and the desire to remove your entire dashboard from the car, it's probably not doable.

Thats funny, I have an automatic controller and was wondering if I could switch to manual...........
I always viewed the manual ones to be less problematic and I never thought it was that bad to control the temperature manually. Mine works, but sometimes the buttons intermittently don't seem to function.
