Default Need help with Codes

I got my Ruby out of storage and it is throwing the following codes:

OBD1 code 0064 Bank 2 lean
OBD2 code 0151 Bank 2 O2S down volt lean
code 1153 Bank 2 O2S #1 Not Switching
code 1158 Bank 2 OSS #2 swithed Rich

Car runs pretty well, but mechanic says he thinks I have a wireing problem. Every time I take this thing out of storeage I have an electrical problem

Thanks for you help

I'd say your comment above says it all.

Either your 02's are nearly shot,

or your battery needs to be replaced,

or, your doing something or not doing something during your winterization process, e.g. are you using any silicone (which contaminates the O2s), or not putting in a gas stabilizer (which will cause bad/gummed-up gas), or putting oil or an engine storage oil in the cylinders?

Considering the codes are all O2 related, whereas it could be a wiring problem, I'd suspect one of the above instead.
