Thanks for the info..I'm going to replace my core when I've finished everything else and this will definately help.

In addition to using the fast guy method, the following suggestions are worth mentioning:
Use a small piece of tape to hold the screws into the black shroud. Simply put a peice of tape over the holes and turn the screws.
Use a flex 1/4 drive extention.
