Default rotating tires
On my 87 can i rotate my tires by just taking one side wheels off and switching them? Do this for both sides of course. F&R tires are the same width on my year right?

yes you can rotate front to back, just dont put them on the other side.

Each of the wheels are marked as to the location where they belong. But you should still be able to move them from front to back. ;)

F&R tires are the same width on my year right?
I think only if you have Z52 or Z51. If you don't, the front rims are 8.5, and the rear are 9.5.

My 87 with base suspension came with 8.5" wheels all around, with the same size tires. I used to rotate mine every 3-4 months.

On an 84 the rims are a different size (front and back) also directional. So there is no rotating the tires unless you remove them from the rims.
