The proper term for 94 and later is actually PCM, Powertrain Control Module, because they started controlling transmission function, etc.
But yes, the 94 and 95 PCM's are 100% the same. And the auto and 6 spd's are the same PCM - only the programming is different. So in other words you could use a PCM from an auto car but you would have to flash it.
