Default General maintenance question...

I have a '96 daily driver with 224,000 miles... I have gone through it quite a bit mechanically & some cosmetic, thus far since January. I was wondering, with this mileage, is there anything else besides the following already done that I might need to be concerned with while I am at all this? Thanks.

Alternator rebuilt
Fuel pump
Coolant temperature sensor (This thingie does weird things to your car when it's not functioning!)
Ignition control module
Brake booster
Center muffler removed
Passive keyless in dash
Passive keyless remote
Opti
Opti harness
02 Sensor
02 Sensor harness
Balljoint driver's side
Rack assembly
Front shocks
Front rotors and brake pads
EGR Valve
EGR Solenoid
Headlight Bushings
Spoiler replaced
Back tires
Pulleys
Gaskets
Brake Pads front
Rotors front

I see you have a lot on your plate.
Question, How is the engines health ? Compression & Cyl Leak Down percentage ? How much oil is being used between oil changes ?

How about the Injectors and Fuel Regulator ? any leakage ? Check the ressistance of the injectors?

Have you check the inside of the intake (runner, TB, ports, valves, etc) for carbon build up ? I had some build up, so I Did the Seaform treatment and it did run better after.

The engine seems pretty strong, compression was great when last checked, no oil usage to speak of, and have been told that engine is fine. But, possibly due a tune up maybe next year, but not needed at the moment. So far, no leakage on valves, fuel rail, etc. Considered some tranny service though, last time that was done it had about 150,000 miles, and currently at 224,000. Might consider that treatment anyway. Might as well get it all while I'm at it. Thanks.

Coolant flush and refill? Trans service looks like a good idea (A4?).
Plugs and wires and your tune-up is done. Belts and hoses all in good shape??? Now just drive it like you stole it!
