Cold Start Shenanegans
So, I go out to start the vette ,turn the key, It starts, but then coughs and immediately dies. Turn the key again, it starts, and runs fine. This has happened twice in two days, after a cold start. If I start it when it is warm, it starts right up. Any thoughts?

My first guess is the fuel rail isn't holding pressure and the fuel pump has to "catch-up". The first thing I would do is change the filter. It does not sound like an ignition problem, then check the gas pressure.
