Default 1996 wiring problem

okay I hope that this is the right section to post this and if not hoppfully I will be pointed in the right direction.

The story: Okay my neighbor has a 96 vette that someone stole the pcm and cut off two of the four connectors that went to it.

My neighbor now has a new pcm and connectors that goes to it but the connectors do not have the same wire color code as the car harness. so I managed to get a hold of a pinout diagram with color codes from alldatapro.com but the car is missing wires that the diagram says that I should have, like 1-4 upshift control wire, and output/field service enable, engine oil temperature sensor signal, transmission fluid temperature sensor signal, and one of the two serial data (UART)

what I need are addition pinouts for a 1996 vette convertible for the black and blue connectors with the color of the wires that goes to each pin.

if this is too confusing just tell me and I will try to make it a little bit more clear.
