PKE issues...
I know a lot of people don't like it. And I don't trust mine and haven't used it much.
Mine seems to work, but very slow or delayed, especially when leaving my car. Sometimes it takes 30 seconds and me being 50+ feet away before it locks. I thought it was supposed to lock almost immediately when walking away.
Also, if your power locks work manually (by pushing the electric switch inside the car-does that mean your PKE should work?) When the car honks, does that mean BOTH doors locked? Just worried I am gonna leave my car and it will seem to lock and honk, but I am worried one of the locks might fail.
Anyone have these issues? What are the most common issues with PKE?
Also when I push the door button, nothing seems to happen. It's that supposed to be like that? Could it just be a worn out fob?
