fixed the wink
It took about 3 hours. finally figured out I needed to remove entire headlight assembly to free up the motor and get to the worn out bushings. Not to hard to do, but there is a lot more to it than Eckler's instructions tell you 
step 1. "Remove headlamp motor from car". Thats one heck of a step 
Now the right side light that I thought worked fine looks slow to open by comparison. Order more bushings
