Vent - Chrome shop
So a local shop opened in town here that does chroming. I was excited because there is nothing else around here and I'm tired of always sending stuff away to get something done.
So 2 weeks ago today I dropped the top of the plenum cover off (this is already polished so it won't take much time to polish more to their standards) and the throttle body plate. I called today and they haven't even touched it yet.
I told them I would be down to pick up my stuff on wednesday.
When I first went down the lady (owner's wife) told me 3-5 days and it would be $40.00 for the plenum cover so I was happy. When I dropped the items off they told me a couple weeks...so 2 have come and gone and nothing. Now I'm just mad!
How can you take something from someone and not touch it for 2 weeks!!?? What a waste of my time and GAS!

I wouldn't recommend them! The guy I use, drop it off on Monday ready three days later, that's service.

I don't think there are any employees...perhaps that's the problem. The owner is a CO at a state facility. I was expecting a little better treatment since he works where I am a cop. I guess he'll be getting a ticket! 
I did go down and when I walked in the stuff was laying there. I picked it and she said "sorry" so I just said "sorry for ya." Obvisiously I won't be saying anything good about them around town.
So I put it back on the car and went for a ride yesterday.
