ASR acting up....Code H67
In this heat we've been having here in NC lately my car gets an attitude after it has run a while then parked for a little while. When you start moving it after that the tranny starts slipping and the engine starts running like crap. If you stop the car and let it idle when it does this it is idleing way to fast. The tranny and engine are in normal operating range temp wise.
I'm getting a code H67 which on a '96 is ABS/ASR I believe. Has the ASR gone south?

Ok, I think I've found my answer. The TPS voltage may be incorrect.
Now, do I still need the Tech 1 to reset the the TPS as was done on the '95 listed in the link below?
I would hate to take it to a dealership!
