I got mine from Mid-America for $30. You should probably try Harbor Freight, as they may have something cheaper. However, I was placing an order there anyway, so it was convenient. One of the best investments I've ever made!
I go to harbor freight for tools with few moving parts. They are cheap and usually get the job done. My Harbor Freight torque wrench became a breaker bar after a couple of months. Still comes in handy though. I even used it to ward off some would be thieves once, worked very well. I use the old pads and a large screw driver for pressing the pistons in on the calipers.
Pull the outer pad and put the caliper back on the rotor with the inner pad in place. Put the pry bar between the caliper and rotor and pull slowly. I use a thin piece of wood to avoid damaging the rotor, but if you're careful, it won't damage it without the wood.
