How do i remove the old one??? Is there some sovant to dissolve the old glue? Thanks Guys

Use fishing line to cut the emblem off and then use "Goo Off". You can get the goo off from stores like home depot.

 

I used a blowdryer, and 3M adhesive remover. Don't forget the two bolts on the bottom side either.

 

I used a plastic bondo spreader (yellow plastic ones )they are just right to pry under the emblem so it would not scratch the paint, Then used polishing compound to remove the remaining glue. Also if you decide to replace the front emblem use care not to drop the nuts inside the hole or you will have fun getting them out :)
