Default door sill protector

I am trying to find door sill protectors that are made of nylon. I just tossed mine as they are worn out and cant find them for sale.... Not sure why but I like them better than the plastic and chromes products I see. Anyone have an idea if they are still on the market?

I've seen or heard of nylon protectors. Just metal and plastic.

not sure if they are "nylon" but they were a soft padded material they had a channel on one side that slid under the outer edge of the door sill trim piece. You would then fold them over towards the inside and they had 4 elastic strips with hooks on them that would attach to the inside of the door sill trim piece. I like them because they would not show any scuff marks and if they got dirty I could pull them out and wash them....

This what I can tell you I bought it 12/05/95 from Ecklers $48.13 including shipping and just checked the part number at Ecklers not available. But I know what you are talking about. I keep good records.

Here is my set, little dirty, don't use it, but won't part with it. But now you have a picture to show, and hope it helps.
