Dash Pad Skin
On a scale of 1 - 10, I would put this at about a 7 to install. If you have ever done anything like this you may want some advice.
If your pad has cracks in it, they will need to be addressed before you install the skin. (By addressed, I don't mean the old honey mooner line "hello crack"). If you don't repair the cracks and you install the skin as the skin shrinks in the sunlight, cracks that are not repaired will show
To repair a crack you can use several items. One is plastic fusion (plastic weld) or some other type of plastic glue. If the crack is raised, the high part will need to be taken down as to not create a spot in the new skin.
The pad skins have to be glued on and about the best thing you can use is the 3m08088 fast tack trim adhesive! Before installing the skin, it’s a smart idea to use some 600 grit sand paper and scuff up the top of the old pad, as well as the inside of the new skin. This will allow for better adhesion when glued. When you install a skin you will also need a heat gun (or a blow drier). Us this to pull the pad in to position and you will need to do this. If you have an area where the pad skin is not flat, never rub it with a rag directly. Lay a rag on top of the area and rub on top the rag. Using a rag will cause a smooth shinny spot in the skin.
When you have the pad skin on in the proper place, and glued down you can staple it on the bottom of the old frame. To do this you can use an old Swingline stapler or if you have access to a pneumatic stapler this is the ideal tool to use.
Once you have done all this you should be good to go.
It is not a easy job, but will save you tons of money.

I looked you up and appreciate your prior business.
We hate the flea bag and right now we are really getting a strong hatred for Paypal as well.
Seems they are having a problem notifying the sellers that customers have made a purchase. Kind of makes it hard on us. They say they have it fixed, but we had another customer just two days ago that never received his product.
